hey you guys..
my spring break starts tomorrow!!! im gonna work my but off !! i plan to lose three to four pounds.. heres how.. im gonna run ten miles a day i know its alot but its five in the morning five at night then im gonna watch what i eat but not too much because i need the energy but the energy i get is gonna come from good nutritious foods for breakfast i was planning on having a smoothie which has yogurt fruit milk and ice in it it tastes soooo good.. for lunch i was gonna have a sandwhich with peanut butter and jelly and water melon for desert and then dinner i was gonna have what ever my parents made but watching the fat amount and portions... does that sound good do you think i need to adjust anything calorie wise right now it is physically possible for me to run ten miles a day so thats not a problem just the calories im not good at.... and if there are adjustments needed can you give me some suggestions.. i really appreciate yall reading my posts and responding for those that do THANKS!!!

helen- I jogged/walked a mile today in the afternoon. In the morning I do like 40 jumping jacks, march in place for 4 minutes, jog in place 2 minutes, and some other stuff I have a morning routine i always do. I do a lot of jumping jacks throughout the day. I jump on my trampline a lot.
