Well its been a week and my diet and exercise routine has been okay (slipped a few chocolates here and there). I find myself completly motivated--I dont know, but something is different this time--I am totally serious about losing weight. However, my mother isnt the best supporter she keeps telling me "you're just gonna give up after 2 weeks or so." I know she cares but her lack of encouragement is really starting to crush my spirit. Please, anyone, remind me why im doing this or offer a little motivation--I could really use it now. Thanks

(moms hate that!)Losing weight is good for yue health. And can't you just see the day when you got that really cute outfit that just flatters your body, and you look so great in it?! Just take every day day-by-day. Start out slow so your body can get used to it. (and so that you don't over work yourself.) Eat in paportion, do a lot of cardio exercise, do crunches, drink lots of water, and most importanly, DON'T GIVE UP! Water is so good for you, it not only cleans your body and clears your skin, but it plays an extrordinary role in losing weight. You'll be playing big part in losing weight by replacing water from sugary drinks. (the sugar goes right to your waist line) some is o.k. , but don't drink it every day. I hope I helped!
