hey yesterday for breakfast i ate 1 cup of grapenuts with 1 cup of skim milk and a banana, for lunch i had 1 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of this chinese beef dish. i had a smoothie with strawberries bananas lemon juice and skim milk for a snack. for dinner i had a cup of lettuce, 1 cucumber and a piece of chicken. how did i do?
