Right now its Saturday, and I weigh myself Monday. I just weighed myself when i woke up and I was 151. TWO POUNDS MORE THEN LAST WEEK! Stupid Easter Candy! So if I go on a soup and yogurt diet (eating only soup and low-fat yogurt) for two days, as well as use the excercize bike at the gym and also the tredmill I can burn this weight off? What else can I do? I don't want to gain.

i think adding food variety might help, i mean your body will get used to the soup and yogurt, and know thats what it is going to have it everyday, so your body will kno how to stabilize itself so it wont lose. just like try adding more varieties in there i guess
