Hey. My problem is that I used to have a six-pack, but i got lazy. I can tell I still have really strong abs, I just have that layer of fat coving them. How do I get rid of that layer of fat? Thanks!

(abs) Do a lot of these, and your should notice a difference. Plus do a lot of cardio exercise. It really helps! I'm glad to help!
