I need to lose weight like now! I weigh 206 pounds and I don't want to be in danger and have health problems..I am on a diet but it seems like it's taking foreverrrrr, I don't eat any junk or anything and I go on the treadmill a lot for an hour and I have breakfast now, (never had it before) I have cheerios (which is an excellent diet cereal) I drink lots of water and eat veggies and fruits...but still people see they are seeing difference but maybe in my face or something but I NEED TO LOSE MY LOVE HANDLES ....my waist is huge and my stomach...I can't do sit ups because it's hard, my stomach is in the way. hey aida
the you may not be able to do situps but try crunches you will see a great difference it will be hard at first but you seem determined so you can do it just try twenty to thirty today and if you can do more do so and if your abs are hurting tomorrow take a rest day...well i hope this helps..
