hi everyone! i seriousally need to get in shape....my goals are 1. to get down to 105-115 some where in there and 2. to run the 2 mile race in replace of the 800 3. and to run my mile time in 6:59 (my current time is 7:22)

my mile SUCKS right now but i havent timed it in a while but last time i did which was a couple of months ago it was 8:31 and my 800 time is 3:14 and that isnt good either but im gonna work on my sprinting because then that will make me faster all around... so i guess you could try that oh and you didnt say how much you weigh right now..

hey ur time is pretty good, actually. my goal is about the same as yours, 105lbs. I did a mile in 7:19 at best. *~kendra~*
