- Do you pay more attention to the calories or grams of fat on the nutrition label? Oh yeah, say you had 1000 calories but that all equaled to lets say 60 grams of fat, could u still gain weight?

Reply from Marielle, Age 15 - 04/03/05 - IP#: 66.69.218.xxx haha, thats a lot of fat. look at the calories because it incorporates calories from fat in there. in general, try staying away from fatty foods, and stick with the normal calorie low fat ones, like fruits.
