Hey ya'll!.. i have a question about my diet plan.. for breakfast - 1 pk of ramon noodles and a glass of water.. for lunch - Chicken Noodle soup with 4 crackers and water... Dinner - Tomato Soup or ramon noodles or chicken noodle with a piece of chicken with water and for snack if im hungry jello with cool whip on top(low in calories and really yummy!) please tell me if thats reasonable because i need to lose 80 pounds and i dont have a time limit but ya know the sooner the better!:D thanks!!

Reply from Marielle, Age 15 - 04/03/05 - IP#: 66.69.218.xxx sounds fine if you love ramen noodles :-P. but ya, stay in your calorie content and drink lots of water, that diet consists of a lot of salt so you may get dehydrated. also, a high sodium diet keeps fluids in your body, and even if you lose weight the scale may not budge because of the fluids.

Reply from jessica, Age 16 - 04/03/05 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx It doesnt matter what you eat just as long as you stay in your cal and fat limit you can eat french fries and still lose wait just make sure the portion of it is not crazy i think a pack of ramen noodles has what 8 grams per a serving you have to watch out for the amount of fat and cals per serving but you can still eat them just cut back im not saying go eat a large macdonalds french fire and you can lose weight but what you can do is have a few fries trust me i have and ive lost alot of weight
