if any of you think of doing crunches and other tummy/ab exercises, remember to stretch out afterwards. stretch your belly back, like make a bridge or crab or whatever that gymnast move is. i did major ab workout the other day and i forgot to stretch out after and my tummy is aching so badly today! save your tummy. stretch.

good tip- also, make sure to breath OUT (exhale) when you are in teh straining position in an ab exercise. Why? when you breth in, your stomach muscles expand to allow for the air. If you strengthen your muscles when they are in the "out" position then youll end up with a really strong stomach, but it will look more like a belly then abs cuz the muscles have formed into that "out" position.
