Hey! Just to tell you what I did, sooo happy even though its been like 4 days or so that i celebrated...lol! Well this time I joined 2 sports at school.
1. Tennis
2. Swimming Team
They both helped me alot and does with alot of excersising plus my teacher Ms. Bagin gave me some good tips like "Don't over due your diet, or else during sports you will faint." So I ate for lunch yogurt, a turkey sandwich, some water, and veggie soup. All healthy and very tasty...yum! So if you are looking for some awsome fun sport teams, try tennis and swimming! It helped me alot :)! Hope it works for you too...

i LOVE tennis! it is such an intense exrsize too!
