Reply from Marielle, Age 15 - 04/03/05 - IP#: 66.69.218.xxx lindsay, let her do what she wants. shes smart and wants to take it one step at a time, so 20 pounds is a fine goal. if you think about it, its 20 pounds less heavy! thats a difference. lydia, just cut your calories to 1200, and run or take bike rides, or get a stability ball and do crunches to build muscles on. with all that extra weight, it will be easy to lose that first twenty pounds. imagine you at your healthy weight carrying how many pounds you are overweight on your back. youll burn from this extra weight, and then it will go away. i wish you the best of luck!
Reply from Nikki, Age 17 - 04/03/05 - IP#: 24.229.189.xxx One of the biggest problems I have is helping size. Since I'm the kind of person that likes to clean my plate when I eat..I now put half of what I used to on it... another thing that helps is to drink water instead of juice and soda.
