I have found a reasonable goal for me 120..i weight um 148 so i have to lose...28 lbs..iam 5'4...and i will be running one hour on the treadmill and..eating healthy..hope i can do it..by summer or later!!

im trying to lose twenty as well!
im not necesarily trying to do it before summer just getting it off wil be fine with me .. also you say your running for an hour every day instead of a time limit figure out a distance so that you can speed up a little bit each day * it burns more calories* and when your as fast as you can add another mile or something like that also try doing some ab workouts so you can see your stomach shrink and muscles come
remember DRINK PLENTY OF WATER especially since your running and eat good nutritious foods that will give you fuel for running!
