hey you guys i am SOO MAD right now first reason i got on the scale this morning and i knew i havent done very well so i was expecting some gain..good news i only gained a pound...i thought it was gonna be more but it was very depressing.. in the morning i had my smoothie like i planned and i put protein powder mix (vanilla flavored) and that filled me up but about three hours later i ate something even though i was not hungry i did just to eat i wasnt sad i wasnt bored i just wanted to eat and i ate like a whole bunch of calories just by doing that and i dont know why do you guys have any idea what that is and how to prevent it??????? to burn off some calories i have ran two times today and i think i ran about three miles both times im not sure but im doing it again tomorrow and tonight im doing ab work but id really appreciate it if you answered my question..

chew gum or brush your teeth everytime you feel like randomly eating when your not hungry. It will stop you wanting to eat cos mint and say chocolate is not a nice combo!

hmm...except for eating so many carlories and stuff. Try that Yoplaite Yogurt thing...it's really good for dieting:) I have to try it myself lol..but it is scientifically proven that, that specific yogurt is good for you...give it a try. Good Luck and thanks
