hey everyone,
I've read the things that people have to say about the losing weight and so far I have the * drink a lot of water * thing down pat. All I have to do is EAT HEALTHY lol.It seems that I've been gaining weight.I was 180 pounds and now im like 190 something..grr..

you say you drink a lot of water well technically you probably have gained weight *water weight but it doesnt stay* because if you drink like two glasses of water that can put two pounds on the scale but after you go to the bathroom a couple of times it goes away so if you weigh yourself in the morning only like once a week youshould get an accurate weight *in the morning when you havent eaten or drank anything, and you have been to the bathroom* well i hope this helps and maybe if you have gained weight you can look at what your doing eating wise and find a heathier alternative to what your doing now...

aww, I'm sorry you gained weight. But you know what, if you put in enough effort you can lose that 10 pounds and lots more!!! Good luck ^_^
