get this AMAZING book called The Doctor's Pocket Calorie, Fat & Carb Counter by Allan Borushek I have already posted this message but not alot of people read it! Its ONLY 6 DOLLARS!!!!!! thats all! just buy it and you will thank yourself later!

The book has TONS of food like almost every single food ever. It tells amount of fat, calories, and carbs. It has nutrition info about more than 100 fast food chains. Seriously it has helped me so much! I got it at Borders but it is sold like every where
