Hi Everyone! Does anyone have any good tips to get off a plateu? I've been on it for like 3 weeks. I've been trying so hard, I can't seem to loose anymore. do you think I should increase or decrease my calorie intake? Thanks so much!
Reply from Kaitlyn, Age 15 - 04/04/05 - IP#: 216.74.216.xxx I heard that if you switch up ur excersize ruitine that would help. Like if you are walking/jogging 3 miles a day, try walk/jog 2 miles and try a video tape like tae bo or pilates or something. Good Luck!

Reply from Marielle, Age 15 - 04/04/05 - IP#: 66.69.218.xxx increase you calorie intake like 300 or 200 calories more for a few days (dont weigh yourself during that time) and then get right back on your diet. it will give your body some confusion on how much food its going to get tomorrow! with the extra calories in your diet, it will assume it will be getting more to eat, so it will burn more. when you get back on your normal diet, youll continue to lose again because your body is convinced you will be feeding it more, and SURPRISE! you dont! good luck!
