Hey guys,
I lost 5 pounds i am so happy lol. The only place i really have extra fat that i dont want is on my stomach. Do u think cruches are the best to do to lose this? I am in track to so i run everyday, thats most of my excerise but it isnt doing anything to my stomach should i include crunces into my excerise? One more thing do u think i can lose 25 pounds by like....July? thanks guys

i always fall off the exercise ball when i do crunches on it :-D

If u do crunches on an exercise ball, it would work better than reg. crunches.

Crunches and Side bens are really good ways to tighten that part of your body, but only cardio well let you actully burn off the fat / calories. And 25lbs by July is DEFFENTLY possable!! Good luck! - <3Angie
