Sorry to all the guys in this place... but to anyof you gurls in here. . .is anyone on birthcontroll? and those of you how are, did you by ne chance notice any weight gain/ lose? I gained like 5 lbs. . and my friend lost like 3. PLease let me kno cause i would like to kno if the weight gain is unusul.Thanks X 10.Loves angie

Reply from Lauren, Age 15 - 04/05/05 - IP#: 82.3.32.xxx depends on which pill you on whether the combined pill or the other one. i was on it for around 3 months and i put on 8lbs so i stopped then went onto the injection every 12weeks and put on 17lbs so i stopped that now lol because i think the weight i have put on is because of them. stick to condoms! then ya wont gain weight lol

Reply from Marielle, Age 15 - 04/04/05 - IP#: 66.69.218.xxx my sister was on birth control for hormonal reasons (shes not sexually active) but she lost five pounds after she started taking it. then she had to get off of it because shes very thin and the doctors didnt want to see her any thinner :-). but ya, weight gain and loss is a usual side effect im pretty sure... but im not positive
