Kids, if you're interested in losing that extra fat on your bellies, try doing a few crunches every night before bed. I do it every night, and it keeps the fat off there. To easily work your side abs, lay on your side, then lift your hip up and balance yourself on your elbow and edge of foot for as long as you can (20-30 seconds). Its kind of hard but if you do it every night it will grow easier:) good luck!
