Alright here is what i did today please tell me if i did good or bad and what i could improve on cuz i need advice... For Breakfast water and about 2 scoops of hamburger helper(was in a hurry) for Lunch - pizza pocket , 2pint milk, peaches, and a cookie.. for Dinner - 2 hotdogs wrapped in bacon(grilled), one little spoon of hamburger helper, 2 tator tots, and water..for a lil snack i had one lil spoon of brownie mix:P lol..i went on about a 2 mile walk today and played basketball in P.E. and had a 10 minute warm up run then.. i drink about 4 quarts of water a day!! please give me advice on how i did! but just be typing this i can tell i did worse than i thought!!..thanks much! and good luck 2 all!:D

hunny your in trouble your eating so much fat it's untrue. you need you 5 daily fruit and vegtables your heading for a heart attack zone! you need much more water and muc much more fruti and veg. your ok on the protein are cut back on so much meat and quick breakfasts. breakfasts start you of eat some fruit or some toast but only eat 2 slices of bread a day. good look!

yeah you should try eating fresh fruits and vegtables and LEAN meats. But your exercise was very good Good Luck!!!

most of that, hamburger helper,hotdogs, and stuff like that barely contain any actual meat id suggest eating cereal, fruit, vegitables, stuff like that for breakfast
for lunch make a pb and j sandwhich they taste pretty good and they dont contain that many calories.. the brownies and cookies shouldnt be every day but they can be like every week or so ...what i see when i looked at that is you had your portions down pretty good but not health full foods you ate alot of what is considered junk food try getting butcher cut meat fruits and veggies from the produce section stuff like that... but that two mile walk is great for excersize.. just work on the eating and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!!!!

No Danyelle, what I meant by processed foods was things that have been passed through machines and had stuff added to them. Fruits, vegetables, some brands of meat, etc. have absolutely nothing added to them, so they are much healthier that things like hamburger helper, which have a lot of sodium.

anumm..well that's okay if you were trying to maintain your weight, i mean, in my opinion. i might be wrong. the breakfast was okay. the cookie was okay too, but maybe not everyday. and hot dogs are kinda fattening ... beef...and wrapped in BACON?? well..hmm..you should try something healthier for a snack, not brownie mix..like fruit or something

I think you are eating too many processed foods. Try having more raw fruit and vegetables. You are having something that comes out of a package for every meal, try to change that.
