hey my name's Michelle. I've been dieting for a looong time now. I'm constantly losing 20 pounds, putting 10 on, losing 5, putting on 15 ect. ect. ect. I realllly want to lose 20 pounds and then successfully maintain that for a long while. I want a weight loss buddy!! my aim sn is skaroxychick9...im me if you want to diet together :)

well that sounds to me like you get on a diet and you lose weight which is great but then you get into a comfort zone and think hmm..a little of this wont hurt,and not excersizing today wont kill me until it becomes a habbit and then you see some weight gain go back on to the diet some what and sooner or later get back off am i right?? i might not be but that use to happen to me what you really need to do is treat yourself but dont slack off, rest days but not weeks and just make a complete lifestyle change, smaller portions ,less junk food, more active just things like that dont think omg im on a diet i have to eat fruits and veggies like a rabbit and i cant eat junk food think hmm.. i want to lose weight so i need to cut out SOME junk food and add a litte bit of fruits and veggies
