HERE'S WHAT I ATE TODAY!!!!!!!*****
*Breakfast*- light yoghurt (100 cals), and a plum (50 cals)
*Lunch*- Ramen Noodles (190 cals), and 9 quaker rice cakes (70 cals)
*Snack*- string cheese (80 cals)
*Dinner*- ceasar salad (100 cals), carrot (5 cals), milk (100 cals), and mandarin oranges (80 cals)
*Dessert*- shoestring potatoes (140 cals), and a tic tac (2 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES: 917
HOW DID I DO TODAY ON EATING? PLEASE REPLY!

you did pretty good except for those ramen noodles because they have ALOT OF SALT in them which can be pretty bad for you.. so i would suggest making a sand which and that will put some extra calories on your daily intake which is good because your below the suggested limit..

Hey girl, I think 900 calories isn't enough, shoot for at least 1200 ok? Just so your metabolism doesn't slow down.

hi well i think you ate healthy very healthy but try and drink a lot of water to equal it out also you need some more protein. good look!
