HI everyone!! I hope your diets are going great!!!! Well, mine is goin ok. I have a question... Is this a good breakfast?... two strawberries, some grapes, and a banana??? That equals to about 3 srvings of the fruit group. Is that ok to eat 4 breakfast??? Thankz Guyz!!!!! ~jenn

It reaslises energy gradually better tha any sugar coated cerial try having fresh juiceswell with low sugar contenct if u do fresh dry lemonade at the start of the week and have a glass each morning it helps burn fat and helps you skin. good look!
