if i eat around 1200 - 1300 als per day and burn on 500cals on a ski machine, lift weight of 10min and do 50crunches, how much weight should be good to aim for to lose in one week?

about three pounds the first couple weeks but then your body might go into shock so you might stay the same for a couple ofweeks and then you will start sheddign the pounds again...
