Hey, I know SOME diet pills are really bad for you, but are there any other diet pills that are ok to take and won't kill me....
Reply from (a$$!3, Age 17 - 04/05/05 - IP#: 195.93.21.xxx I was cleaning up my room the other day and I found some diet pills under my bed that I bought ages ago. I think I might throw them away, last time I used them they made me ill. I don't think pills are the answer.
Reply from Danyelle, Age 13 - 04/05/05 - IP#: 66.82.9.xxx oh and by the way helen.. you will still feel good about urself.. because diet pills dont work when u sit down all dang day n dont do cr*p!..but if u work hard they will come off faster!..but u still have to wath what u eat.. and if u before never knew if u were full or when u were hungry.. not just craving.. it helps u..and yeah they can be harmful if u skip out on a day when u have been taking them for bout 1-2 monthes cuz ur body gets on the routine.. and when ur ready to get off of them u do it slowly.. and take a 1/2 a pill for bout a week then u can stop.. diet pills ARENT a miracle(ssome appear to be) and u usually waste ur money if u get the ones from wal mart.. but if u need an extra boost to lose weight ask ur doctor..they tend to know what they r doing

Reply from Marielle, Age 15 - 04/05/05 - IP#: 66.69.218.xxx i read an article about this diet pill that im not sure is out yet... but they made a HUGE deal about it and how it was healthy (of course with exercise and eating well and all that jazz) and how the people on it lost a ton of weight and didnt gain any back for as long as they had been on it. after 50 pounds i think it plateaued, but thats a good start! i read this article a while ago in People magazine, i believe, so i have no idea if the results have changed. Like, ask a doctor about it. I'm not one to take diet pills(had a second cousin that overdosed them and died) but this pill seems ok to me. i mean, if people magazine is trustworthy, i dont know :-D. its just that it was an article, not an advertisement, and if its untrue i guess i fell for it, lol.
Reply from helen, Age 15 - 04/05/05 - IP#: 68.158.42.xxx i never said they didnt work but really if you read on the back of the box it says you need to diet and excersize to see major results so why would you put your health in jeporady just to lose a pound or so extra a week that is most likely water weight....and losing weight the hard way builds higher motivation and will make you feel like you an do a lot of things that you never thought you could...
Reply from helen, Age 15 - 04/05/05 - IP#: 68.158.42.xxx why would you want to take the easy way out? it makes you stronger as a person to push you self to make a change involving eating and excersize so try it the hard way over and over until you get it right!
Reply from Danyelle, Age 13 - 04/05/05 - IP#: 66.82.9.xxx Hey i have taken diet pills and i lost 50 lbs 2 years ago and still have kept it off.. and they arent a bunch of crap SOME DO WORK and some dont.. the diet pill i took and did take til 2 weeks ago when i found out WHY i wasnt lose'n weight was cuz i am diabetic.. but its called PHENTERMINE..(doctor prescription) and i did take MERIDIA for about 4 monthes and did lose alot of weight.. but it still takes alot to keep it off! but yeah if u sit on ur butt and hog out on junk when ur off the medicine.. it will come back.. just as if u dont take diet pills and r off of ur diet
Reply from Rachael, Age 14 - 04/05/05 - IP#: 207.231.96.xxx Diet pills are just a bunch of cra*, don't bother. Eating healthy and exercising is more effective than any diet pill.
Reply from Aida, Age 16 - 04/05/05 - IP#: 69.22.215.xxx I totally agree with Helen!! she's always right!. Diet pills are never the answer and even if the label says it's not dangerous or anything...there are always side effects!
