I am 5'2 and I weight 153. I try to walk on my treadmill for 30min to an hour a day. I drink alot of water and try to eat healthy but I do not lose anything. I was at 140 and the past 3 months i gained alot of weight. I would really like to be down to 120 in about 3 months. If anyone can help me pls reply.

i would try wut i did, it only takes 2 weeks, (and u can go for longer if u'd like)anyways for the first week u do exercises that work ur muscles then the 2nd week u do cardio(running) this should help u lose some weight good luck

are you saying that you gained weight while you have been excersizing and dieting???? well that could be that your not getting enough of something or that you have a gained a lot of muscles and your body is preparing to lose some weight i dont know what exactly have you been doing for dieting?
