im 5ft or 5'1 i weighed myself yesterday and it said 162 but that means i would of lost 5 lbs and i dont think so. im going to start doing crunches every morning and every night b4 i go to bed. im going to start rideing my bike more and running more im going to jump on my trampoline does that helP by jumping on there cause i jump bout 30 mins to an hour a day. imma try to eat healthier foods. and make sure i get alot of exercise well good luck everybody and wish me luck. - montana

thats possible that you did lose five pounds whether its water weight or actual fat your excersize plan sounds great just put it into action and you will start losing pretty quick!!1
