Hi everybody!!! I just want to see how i did today. ok... breakfast:3 servings of fruit:200 cals Lunch: ham sandwich, juice box, grapes: 360 cals Snack: gripz(its tiny weenie cookie bites, its not that bad):120 cals Dinner:pork, veggies, another side dish:600 in all, that equals to 1280 cal. I am going to ride my bike after and then do my denise austin kickboxing wrkout. is that good?? thankz ~jenn

i lost 20 lbs so far. 215 to 195

i think you may need some more protein... try having some in the morning, but fruit is really good to start the day..
