hey i weight 145 and im 5'4 and i want to weioght 120 i figure i can do it in 2 1/2 months.. i am going to go on weight watchers and work out 5 days a week and only drink water and diet ice tea.. does anyone think i can do it.. ?

Just remember to do cardio... and if once you get closer to your goal, it becomes difficult to lose the lbs, introduce weight training. As long as you eat well and stick to your plan, I think you'll definately be able to reach it in 2 1/2 months! Good luck!
