hey im 5'3 and now 160-162 i cant stop gaining weight, and i am majorly overweight i am supposed to be 139 to 149 to be at risk and like 120 to be normal. i really need to lose weight my sn is irishblondie224 or dumbirishblondie or email me at monkey112291@comcast.net thanks i really need help in the last 2 WEEKS I PUT ON ABOUT 12 POUNDS AND 8 INCHES THANK U 4 LISTENING PLEASE TELL ME WUT I CAN DO OR I WILL DIE FROM OBESITY

So do it slowly, dont do fad diets or anything like that, cuz the weight WONT stay off. Do as may cruches as you can manage as soon as you wake up in the morning, so you dont have an excuse to not to do it later, then walk to school instead of taking the bus or whatever you normally do, or if its too long a walk, ride your bike. Try to cut out processed stuff, like chips and soda. Enjoy some choclate cake every ince in a while, so that you arent depriving yourself. And restict yourself to 1200cl a day. That is probably good to start, and remember, if you want to seem a difference, you are going to have to work, it wont happen by itself. good luck!

Here, i have a plan for you. Stop reading this, get your butt off of the computer, and do 20 crunches. after that, run around your house until your dizzy from going in circles. hehe. well, what are you waiting for??? (go on the treadmill if you have one btw... lol, or outside). good luck, and ive been informed not to give my email address out so just come onto here! im like here everyday...
