you guys shouldn't worry much about what you eat!! calorie counting and watching what you eat is no fun. eat what you want, just over-exersize all the time.

And its true, over exercising is just as bad as an eating disorder cuz you NEED to let your muscles havea rest or else the wont grow and be healthy.
Reply from Britney, Age 15 - 04/06/05 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx girl you trippin now u cannot eat what you want all the time cause that means your gonna get bigger and you cant over excerize because if you do then soon as you get home you gonna wanna hurry up and get to you refrigerator an eat up a storm which is not making go since for you to work out and get home an eat greasy food i rather eat less and and try to excercise at a pace thats good for me an not pushing it to where im gonna hurt my self....i rather eat healthy

Because if I want candy and Burger King all the time, I'm going to gain weight, even if I excercise regularly. You have to monitor what you eat WHILE excersising. Thats how you loose weight.
