- Lately my sinuses have been acting up a lot lately and sumtimes i feel so bad i cant excercise i still eat good i just cant excercise that much. Today i walked to the store with my friend (dont worry i didnt buy any sweets) and that took about 15 minutes, i also did some sit ups. Do u think that was a bad workout? I tried, even though i was sick. I still drunk my 8 glasses of water and ate fruits and veggies.

Reply from Angie, Age 15 - 04/05/05 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx Theres a lotta thing that you can do just layin around like watchin tv or what not... like if you have a firm coach . . .you can lay flat on your back and do sum leg lefts...and also some things like crunches...and if you lay with your mid to lower back on the the arm of the coachand left both legs at the same time as while as bring you upper body forward...it works your core awsum. But dont push your self too hard with any of this.. cause its important that you take it easy when you sick .. cause the soon your body heals.. the sooner you can get back to good expercise! haha. Yoga is great work out to do when your sick.. cause its relaxing, good exercise, and not high impact. haha. Good luck and get better soon! *LoVeAlWaYs* -aNgIe-
