I'm going to start posting my eatting days, I know this gets boring for other people to read but it really helps me and if you want to rate it or whatever, feel free...
breakfast: granola bar

lunch: turkey and amer. cheese sandwhich
cals: 500
Snack: baked lays
cals: 100
Track meet...
Ran a total of 3 miles
20 minutes crunches
Dinner: Turkey and amer cheese on wrap
Cals: 300
Lots of water : )
Hour Ballet Class
<3
Total Cals: around 1000
***I usually eat around 1200-1500 but we lost our track meet today and I was kinda sad so I'm not in the mood to eat anymore***

for track meet days make a smoothie in the morning and at lunch eat some noodles whether they are cold or not it doesnt matter but they give you energy to burn and if your hungry like an hour before your event im not normally i am just really nervous eat a granola bar the coaches normally have a stash of them or energy bars taste nasty but give you energy

Hi your doing a great job, I think at breakfast you should increase your calorie intake, so you'll have energy during the day.
