now this is what my mother told me ...she said that if you want to lose weight all you have to do is walk everyday and eat right i think that is good an i am gonna try it an hopefully i can lose weight now if you are up in the 2hundreds this is for you and for the 1hundereds too but people you should really consider doing this especially at your own pace

that about sums up what other people say..and im not sure that some of the people dont know what to do i think they know what to do just dont know how to start and im not sure they always look forward to just getting into shape because they see all these other people who pretty much can eat whatever they want and they are complete twigs because of their metabolism. so in a sense its kind of unfair to them but really if they think about it..if they learn good eating habbits now its gonna be easier for them in the future as long as they stick to it but what ive noticed when people are young and skinny when their old they are fat because they havent gone through the whole weight ordeal ...just something to thinkg about...
