sorry i'm posting twice, but also how many calories should i be eating every day and how many calories (about) should i be burning everyday. thanks.

Reply from anne, Age 18 - 04/06/05 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx don't eat less than 1200 calories. a rule i generally follow is eat between 1200 and 1500 calories. just exersize daily for about 30 minutes to keep your tepm. metabolism up and you'll be doing great. try to burn between 300-500 calories with exersize daily...
