this might be a record??:) i am posting a third message in a row, but anyway, i am wondering. i eat like 7 or so servings of fruits daily, but i only eat 1 or 2 servings of vegetables. is this okay or should i even the servings out to about 3 or 4 serving of each??

Reply from Hayley, Age 15 - 04/06/05 - IP#: 64.163.212.xxx i think you're eating too much fruit. you're only supposed to have 5 servings of fruit AND vegetables a day. and you're supposed to have more fruit than vegetables, so maybe like 2 servings of fruit and 3 of vegetables. Although fruit is good for you, it has lots of sugar in it and is more easily turned into fat than vegetables.

Reply from anne, Age 18 - 04/06/05 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx no- that's fine. it mesans you definately get enough fiber and there are a LOT of anti-oxidants in fruits that you need. just try to mix it up with the types of fruits and veggies you eat...
