hey every one i lost three pounds...im happy about that but after i weighed my self i kinda subconciously slacked off on my diet it was like well you lost three pounds... you dont have to do so much but i do does any one have any advice on how to get remotivated....

I do the SAME thing.. try to weight your self a little less... and just tell yourself "i worked hard to get where i am.. and if i eat this ..i would waste all my hard work!" things like that...it helps! haha -Love always. Ang*Mary

i have lost a lot of weight through out a couple of years and the three pounds im talking about losing was NOT water weight.. it was actual fat loss because i worked my but off.......and i think that will be my motivation!

lindsay... 3 pounds IS a lot! if you cant lose those 3 pounds.. you can never lose 6, or 8, or 50 pound... it all starts with those little three pounds!

You don't want the weight to come back on, let that be your motivation. Then, picture yourself at your goal weight, then you won't want to eat a lot of un nutritional foods.

Hey that's great! I lost 3 pounds too, since Monday. It's a great start for me since I've been eating horribly since last year.

Just remember usually when u lose weight sometimes u will gain it back plus 10 pounds so good motivation might be to picture urself with like 100 extra pounds on ya in like a bikini and that will keep ya on track... LOL im just playing wit ya... just keep in mind do what u can and dont stress over it.i mean u can lead a horse to water but u cant make it drink so dont try so hard.

Sorry, but losing 3 pounds isn't a big deal. My weight goes up and down between 5 pounds when I weigh myself in the morning- and that's when I'm not on a diet. But yeah,if the scale says your weight is 3 pounds less than b4 it makes you feel better.
