Hey guys, I was wondering if I eat 1200 calories 6 days a week, and then one day eat 1450 calories, will I still lose weight?

yes you will, you might actually lose more then normal because your body will be use to burning 1200 calories and then all of a sudden bam you have to digest 1400 and then the next day it will be ready to digest another 1400 so you will burn two hundred more calories,

Deffinitly! Thats a good idea too because it messes with your metabolism in a good way so it will work even harder the next day!
