Here's what I ate! (i'm not calorie couting!)
Breakfast- light yoghurt
Lunch- spaghetti o's, a string cheese, and some quaker rice cakes
Snack- A "citris sizzle" smoothie
Dinner- 1 and a half cheese enchiladas with lettuce and olives, a cup of milk
Also, I went on a long walk and drank lots of water.
How'd I do?
