I just have one question what is a jumping jack i hear ppl talking about them all the time and i am from england and i dont know what they are?

And i am not FREAKIN DUMB it was just a question. God Im never gonna come back to this website. I have already lost the weight i needed to which was 45lbs and all i wanted to do was help ppl and just coz i dont know what something is. Good Luck to everybody trying to lose weight.
