Hey guys, I posted a message earlier about how you can speed up your metabolism fastly. Well everyone should start this and give it a try for a week. Well a good day to start is Sunday. On Sunday, endulge yourself. thats right...eat a lot of calories. One could say its bindging but your only doing it once and this is to get your metabolism quickly fired. THEN the next day, go on a 1,200 calorie diet on Mon, Tues. Wed, eat 1,400 cals. Thurs and Fri, eat 1,200 again. Sat you eat 1,400 and Sunday you weigh yourself again. I already started this on Monday and here it is Thursday and I'm down 3 lbs. But you cant rely just on your diet. I put forth 1 hr a day of exercising. 30 o those 60 minutes were lifting. You must lift. Its very important to bost metabolism. I also drank tons of COLD COLD COLD water. Give it a try and see how you do. This is also a good "diet" because after your bindge day, you won't want to do it for the rest of the week. TRUST ME! So pig on Sunday because you'll loose more by next Sun.

NO- if you eat too many calories than you metabolism actually slows down!!! i know it soumnd funny- but eating a normal amount of calories does help speed up your metabolism but binging definately overweklms it to the popint where it will just make you gain weight!
