right now i am really depressed its spring break and i havent done anything i started a good work out plan on monday and then i just blew it off im trying to get back on track but every thing seems like soo much effort and i cant seem to stop crying my appetite has gone away all ive eaten is a bowl of cereal..and its almost 5pm does any one have any idea on what to do about this i think im gonna go out running in a minute...
