i just want to see some examples of what you guys are doing for exercise. mind listing it here? it would help me and a lot of exercise-planning-challenged people :-D

walk/joggine(i can't run quite yet and i'm doing ths with my boyfriend and he's not used to exersize) and tennis practice!!!!(burns tons of calories) when it's not tennis season i usually do taeboe- weights- exersize ball, yoga- very versitile with my exersize...

Running! its the best and helps you lose weight so fast. You feel so good after. Start off slow and easy :) Also rollerblading and swimming are pretty good <3
