omg yesterday i did soo bad! i went out wit my friends at about 11am to the city park and we didnt stop walking around it till bout 1pm, then we went to madondals and i had a happy meal with chicken nuggets fries and orange juice ( i had'nt had any brekkie either) then we walked for bout another 2 hours then i had a mint cornetto, bout 1 hour after that we went to the shop and brought 3 pouches of capri sun (orange) a cadburys freddo bar and then some kp peanunts. then we didnt stop walking at all for about another 2 and a half hours then we went to mcdonalds AGAIN and i had a plain big mac with medium fries and medium coke!!! i feel sooo fat today i didnt do any exercsing like i normally do because i was walking for like 8 hours and only probly stopping like 4 times during the whole day. Plus we were also doing some running around the play area! Whats your opinions on this? thanx p.s i no i should have eaten breakfast but i was late getting up, i no i should have drank water, and i no i should of had 5 portions of fruit and veg and eat more regulary!!!

-Well you did eat a little to much, but hey, it happens. Just put that day in the back of your mind and move one, today i had two tacos i did bad but i'm not letting it get to me. Although you ate a little to much i will say this, 8 HOURS OF EXCERCISE IS GREAT ! lol.

the first happymeal wasn't too bad- get that again next time you go to mcd's, it's relatively low calories if you substitute the fries with apple-=dippers and get a diet soda instead!it's less than 400 cals!
