ooo. bagels aren't that good for you...sorry to say but your best bet is a whole wheat bagel, and that's not even that great. Muffins either, unless they're fiber rich wheat muffins or something. I've done my research. :P Also, incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet. Instead of animal crackers, have a juicy piece or fruit cut up and dipped into a no calorie sugar substitute...this is a satisfying snack...plus a lot healthier

everything you just listed was simple carbohydrates. no fruit, no vegetables, no protein, no dairy. incredible amounts of sodium, and a negligible amount of fiber among all of that carb!
