Muffins either, unless they're fiber rich wheat muffins or something. I've done my research. :P Also, incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet. Instead of animal crackers, have a juicy piece or fruit cut up and dipped into a no calorie sugar substitute...this is a satisfying snack...plus a lot healthier
