Hey guys. I am really trying to loose weight for my cruise in nov. but I need help. I am trying to go walking every night, so what else can I do besides cutting back and eating more healthier? HELP!

lifting weights will help too becasue the more muscle you have the more calories you burn doing anything

add in some crunches either in the morning or at night also just take a look at how your eating now and how you could be eating for instance if your eating like three waffles in the morning just eat 1 and some fruit and if your eating a whole hamburger at lunch split one with your friend...DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND EAT FRUITS AND VEGGIES AS SNACKS!!

stay active. just keep moving throughout your day. even little things count. it'll burn some calories and boost your metabolism. you also might want to try a little strength training to build muscle, thatll keep you burning more calories even when youre not excersizing
