hey, im nearly 16 (in 10 days) and im about 5 foot 5 inches tall, i weigh 189 lb (13.6 stone)i know this is overweight, the thing is i dont eat alot n what i do eat is not neserceraly (sorry bout spelling) junk and unhealthy, i go out alot, i go to work at night and i walk my dog, but for some reason my weight jus doesnt seem to budge! does any1 else have this problem?  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Hey, I'm 16, 5'7" and around 185 lbs or so...
You probably get more exercise than me. I guess I don't really make much effort but I'm working on it.
I just haven't found a way to fight my hunger except for eating, so I do alot of that... that's my biggest problem.
We need to find a way to curb our appetites...

The weight you weigh now is what i used to weigh, its the highest i've been i think but now i'm down to 11 stone 3 lbs. Don't give up, you can do it too!

listion probaly you just dont exercise enough and I think you said you dnt eat much well you should start eating more what i mean is start eating breakfeast, lunch, and dinner.And when you do eat well balnced food choices just because you dont always eat junk food doesnt mean your eating healthy.GOOD LUCK!!!
