Ok, I know the whole "I wanna lose the weigth for the summer" thing never works, cuz first off it most often doesnt happen, and when it does, its done too fast to be perminate. So, Im not gonna say that i NEED to lose 15kg by July. But I WOULD like to have good arms by then. Is it possible to tone up flubbery underarms in like 3 months? Can ppl who were able to accomplish that please post here with what you did and what your results were? CUz right now Im working with a water bottle doing two diff exercises a day, the behind the head thing, and the one where you bend over at the waist and lift the weight backwards to straighten your arm. I do those both 50x a day on each arm, but only for a few days so far, and i want to know if it will pay off!

using heavy weights does not make you have huge muscles i know because i use heavy weights and i just have toned muscles...because girls ARE NOT designed to gain muscle just to be toned..the only reason you see girls on tv with huge great muscles is because they are either on steroids, work out way too much, or they are on a very high protein diet but if you just eat regular and lift the weights you can you will do fine and if you challenge yourself you will gain strength and see the muscle tone faster!

yea u can try that but just be sure to not try real heavy weights, because u dont want big and bulky muscles, (thats what our P.E teacher told our class) you want longer and skinnier muscles (thats just what i heard) good luck! and also, if u choose a diet that is right for u, that might work. but nothing like the "lose 27 pounds in 1 week!" stuff doesnt work lol

ive never tried the water bottle thing but i do lift weights so i guess it equals out some where also do push ups THEY ARE GREAT my arms are nice and toned now with not even an inch of extra flab but its still something i gotta work on! nothing is ever perfect well good luck!!!

ya thats great!> idid it and it firmed my arms up a little. they are not so jiggely now. I have big muscles. stick with those exercises!! i did it in about 2 1/2 to 3 months! good luck!!
