Reply from Catherine, Age 16 - 04/10/05 - IP#: 24.19.141.xxx I have a friend that does weight watchers and she absoutely loves it! She has already lost 25 pounds on it, and she still treats herself once a week to a cheat meal or treat. It isnt a strict diet where you have to give up any foods. You can still eat what you like but in moderation and in a normal portion size, cause that really matters. Plus you get support each week if you go to the meetings.

Reply from KAITYLYN (again), Age 15 - 04/10/05 - IP#: 216.74.217.xxx I have 26 points a day, it depends on how much you weight and if u r a teenager you get 2 points for an extra dairy.
Reply from Kaitlyn, Age 15 - 04/10/05 - IP#: 216.74.217.xxx I am on it. It depends how dedicated you are to the plan, if you do everything exactly how you should, you should lose like 2 pounds a week.
Reply from Marielle, Age 15 - 04/10/05 - IP#: 66.69.218.xxx not true lindsay!!! its a weightloss program that actually works. you see, instead of calories, you do points, and it allows you to stay on your diet even if you accidentally have a binge, because you can have 20 points a day with a 35 point allowance that you can spread out throughout your 7day week. you can either have it all at once or a little each day or none. it really helps you feel in control. i recomend it.
